Arrival:
The apartments are at disposal from 2:00 p.m. onwards.

Departure:
The apartments should be left at 9:00 a.m. for making sure that the next guest will get a clean apartment.
In case of late arrival or early departure, the total amount of the booked period will be invoiced.

Cancellation requirements
The reservation becomes binding once the deposit of 1/3 of the total amount is paid. According to Art. 1.385 of the Italian Civil Code, the deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.

In the case of a cancellation by the guest during the period between the 30th day of the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:

• Cancellation no later than 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price;
• Cancellation of less than 14 days before the day of arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation of less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price.
